As a certified Independent Director from IICA with multiple degrees and certifications in environmental science & industrial safety, he is leading NEPRA towards sustainable growth with innovation.
Arvind Patel is a seasoned professional with over 40+ years of experience in Oil and Gas, mining and minerals, with 3 engineering degrees of BE Mech, petroleum and drilling. His vast experience adds a lot to the operational direction of NEPRA.
Ms. Neha Patel has over 20+ years of experience in academia, the travel sector, and sustainability. She has played a significant role in shaping the culture at NEPRA with her warm personality and team-building approach. She is presently also a trustee at NEPRA Foundation and works towards education initiatives for children from weaker sections of our society.
Dr. Ajay Deshpande is an environmental specialist with 30+ years of experience across the national and international spectrum in governance, policy, and climate change mitigation. Holding a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, he currently serves as Adjunct Professor at IIT Bombay and is also a member of the World Bank Inspection Panel. Formerly, he was an Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal and a part-time member of ADB’s Compliance Review Panel, and has held senior roles with MPCB and MSRDC, shaping policy and environmental planning in India.
